Sample selection and sample preparation systems
Many years of experience and hundreds of examples of use of gas analyzers for continuous measurement of exhaust gases permit to state that the main component of the successful functioning of gas analyzer is a sample preparation system.
This system allows users to select gas sample with the following parameters:
- temperatures up to 1800
- dust up to 150 g/m3
- humidity up to 100%
- pressure range from 1 mbar to 2 bar
Sample selection and sample preparation systems include the following elements:
- knot of sample selection (probes, inserts)
- case (panel) of sampling
- the heated impulse track. Material of pipes — stainless steel or fluoroplast
- sample preparation unit
- knot of an input of measured gas in the mass analyzer
The system is completed with heated impulse track for gas samples transportation which allow to transport gas test without loss and percentage distortions on tens meters from sampling places to a gas analyzer.
