Gas analytical system “Granat”
Gas analytical system “Granat” was designed for discrete and continuous analysis of the composition of gas flows in manufacturing equipment. One gas analytical system can alternately analyze gas samples taken from various tracks of one or several technological units. The functioning of “Granat” system is based on the mass-spectrometric measurement principle.
Extensive use of mass-spectrometric systems “Granat” is conditioned by:
- multicomponent analysis – simultaneous monitoring of the composition of the gas mixture, including H2, H2O, N2, CO2, CO, SO2, Ar, O2, CH4, C2H6, C3H8, etc.
- high speed of analysis – not more than 2 sec for a single measurement
- high precision of analysis — even negligible changes in the composition of the gas flow can be effectively monitored; threshold sensitivity of 0.001%
- reproducibility – high accuracy means that the gas analysis data obtained as a result of use of the “Granat” system, with a high degree of confidence, can be used for feedback control systems
- system is functioning in fully automatic mode
- comprehensive software package allows users to operate the device with an average level of qualification without any special knowledge of mass spectrometry
- reliability of the system, namely the ability to save work in the real world of industrial production with a different kind of negative external conditions (dust, temperature, vibration, etc.)
